Panoramic View of Taipei

This artwork is part of my series "36 Views of Taipei 101", created as an homage to Hokusai's "36 Views of Mount Fuji". In this piece, I aimed to capture the dynamic skyline of Taipei, with its architectural layers and Taipei 101 standing tall at the center. Airplanes approaching Taipei airport add movement to the composition, reflecting the city’s vibrant, ever-changing atmosphere. Through this work, I highlight the connection between the city’s modern life and its natural surroundings, echoing Hokusai’s timeless portrayal of landscape and cultural icons.
